When I find some time to do that, I will test it with German Wiggles and Russian Gnomes, since I haven't tried it yet.

I have found it many years ago on Polish hosting website called chomikuj.pl. From there it is very hard to get to the source. It works also in Polish and Czech version if the file is renamed from DigHelper to WigHelper without changing the language of the game. Every time I install Wiggles it is a must have for me
And so I think it is not open-source since I don't have nor found the code for it.

Very good finding! It is sad, that the developer or the source code of this exe cannot be find through that way. Thanks for sharing!

That would be very nice, I cannot test it, because at my system I have no sound problems.
